Will has been a qualified PGA Professional for four years, having worked at a number of world-class golf clubs including The Celtic Manor and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. In addition to his work as a golf professional, Will is currently training to become a Sport Psychologist and has gained experience supporting golfers of all abilities in both technical performance and personal development. Over the past two years, he has provided wellbeing and performance support to student-athletes and young people, helping them develop self-awareness, confidence and resilience. Will has a unique perspective as a coach, combining technical expertise with evidence-based strategies to help players think, feel and perform at their best.
Will is passionate about the development of excellence in sporting ability but not at the expense of wellbeing, confidence and enjoyment. He has also worked as a mentor for children and young people with additional needs and neurodiversity, supporting their ability to emotionally self-regulate and understand themselves better. He believes that sporting achievement can lead to wider growth and personal development. |
